Doesn't honor promis dates verry rude to customers

I bought a bridal collection in the Kay jeweleris @ North Entrance Mall in Chattanooga, TN 14 days ago today. I had been informed that my band could be here today... You know what after calling and calling looking to get your hands on somebody I eventually get a solution and was informed they'd need to contact me back after calling the store to confirm my ring. Waited and waited no-call in the named again no solution named customer support simply to discover that for many unknown cause my bands weren't delivered to the shop and could be shipped sometime today. Named the shop again simply to be rudely spoken to by some really unprofessional woman that served enjoy it was no-bid offer that my bands weren't there yet. Was finally told that it might be tomorrow before my bands are there. For $20 bucks more I really could have gotten my bands over the corridor of the mall at Zaleis and had them in 2 days period. I'll never purchase something else from Kayis or suggest them to other people... Positive thing my wedding continues to be per month absent or I'dnot have bands for that wedding.
