Bad customer service

I wanted to buy a groupon for a real flight exeperince but I got a flight simulation groupon.

I wanted to exchange it but 3 guys Johnny, Nick and Duncan fought like lions to not do the exchange and the final decision was to NOT approve the credit for $49.

I think that they are getting big bonuses for their loyality for this "rip off" company.

I wouln't buy anything from them ever.

By aware - if you are not providing them documents to support your medical reasons they wouldn't do anything for customers even if they are working for this department.

Bad exeperince ever!!!
