Payment for items that I don't have

I believe this will be the same organization (from Iowa) that another guy reported about delivering unwanted items to him and requesting him to pay for them for them. They've completed the same thing in my experience by continuing to bill me for items that I delivered for them and they have accepted to using been obtained as well as in their ownership. I've named them numerous occasions to make sure that they've these products plus they keep insisting that I owe them for these items despite the fact that they've been delivered. I've searched them up and also have discovered lawsuits along with other grievances with regards to the exact same types of problems i.E.: scam.
