Paid $400 for Modeling Contract, They pilled a pound of makeup on my face and took bad pictures and I was not represented nor did I recieve a refund

After earning 3rd devote Mrs. Buffalo Contest I visited M Versions and chose to attempt to design for tv advertisements. I needed to become an actor since I have served on tv before after I was in Senior School, I also regarded being truly a plus-sized design for magazines. I settled M Versions $400. They place a pound of Make-Up on me, got images and didn't provide me any jobs. They essentially got my cash and went and that I didn't get anything back. I had been operating at Allstate Insurance on Dellaware, M &WATTS company at Gates Group at that time. It had been could it be too late to recuperate the cash, may I record fees again for that year and depend it like a reduction? So what can I actually do?
