Have requested patterns via postal support several times and had the incorrect products delivered, or half-an order, therefore determined this time around when I was in a hurry to order online designs. Designed to get to your mailbox within 15 mins. 2 days later, still waiting. Additionally no responses to 2 emails sent wondering why. I'll NEVER cope with the corporation again.
