Furniture/the Sectional I bought has defect it broke in middle of sofa the sprins are coming out of the back of sofa all of this happen in a year

The furniture I receive smashed down within the frist year. The body smashed in the centre of the sofa. The rises of another area of the sectional is being released the line of the cushion is coming out. I think it's a deficiency. I've the worry-free promise however the organization don't answer the phone. Upholstery Guard
