Horrible businessman. Huge rip off. Sold us a CD of thumbnails (67KB sized pictures) for $200. The pictures weren't even big enough to view on a computer. His reasoning was that people who pay for their pictures shouldn't be allowed to print them at all. Even though, you are buying them from him.
Still trying to get our money back.
Do not use Kelly Wheeler.
