Care and selling of Beta fish

I am shopping at Wal-Mart daily for business or personal. I noticed the sale of Beta
fish. They are not in the same isle as the other tropical fish but one isle over. I watch
them every time I enter the store. They are not fed or taken care of at all. I have
watched most of them die. Little kids are also watching them get sick and die because
of lack of care. If you condone this practice, why do we want to shop there?
