On June 17, I requested a (very costly) dog sleep. I never got the mattress or even the guaranteed reimbursement. I posted a criticism towards the BBB on August 20, plus they couldn't obtain a reaction! The Florida Attorney General called me towards the FBI. I submitted a problem together today. Hopefully they'll obtain a reaction.
