Horrible Place!

I left my dogs here for a week. When they came home my Spring Spaniel had a skin infection. He looked like someone threw acid on his neck & ears. Now my lab-mix has it on her backside. The owner tried to say they were allergic to the shampoo used on them. Not true. My dogs are 8 and 6 and have never been allergic to any shampoo. Plus my veternarian diagnosed it as a skin infection and the last time I checked you don't get "infections" from shampoo...
