Staff inexperience

I got my little, pleased relatively balanced mature puppy by consultation for his teeth-cleaning, a couple of hours later I had been named from the Banfield vet and informed they were not able to wash his teeth because of problems. I found clinic to get my dog and discovered a puzzled, disappointed puppy suffering significantly. I had been informed they experimented with choose a vein in another of his feet to provide anesthesia, but were not able to locate his vein, so that they attempted again on the diverse paw which failed so that they visited the 3rd foot, but that also failed. So that they blew out three veins and topic poor people pet to severe discomfort. Additionally they triggered my puppy to dehydrate.

While my dog arrived home he had to deal with free bowels and huge urinary difficulties.

Today I had been named by Banfield and was requested to pay for my present monthly charge, they didnt need to know concerning the puppy they mistreated, simply give me cash. Shame in it
