Have not received pictures nor response from store/photographe

On June 2, Our spouse and that I planned our dog for brushing at 7:00 A.M.intentionally to get pictures planned for 10:00 A.M. The pictures were obtained and taken care of through the PETCO store. About the bill it's created that it'll consider 21 times for shipping of course if there's an issue to contact 855-Animals-111. Well, there's an issue that's not being solved. We've not obtained the pictures so when I contact the Roseville shop I've aimed to numerous shop managers. All supervisors suggest that the photography organization was overcome with customer turnout. I had been provided an immediate number. I've called and remaining unresponsive communications. It has been the constant conduct out of this shop. I a reimbursement, however being informed the shop obtained the cash for that images like a "3Rd Party" merchant. This isn't great client relationships, perhaps borderline scam. I'm likely to consider appropriate motion and statement this criticism towards the BBB and Attorneygeneral.
