False advertising and/or fraud

I responded an advertisement on Puppyfind to buy a lady Parti Shorkie (1/2Shih Tzu & 1/2 Yorkie) to partner with my male Parti Shorkie. Our man weighs 5 pounds, & I needed a lady SOMEWHAT bigger, when I told the breeder who put the advertisement. This woman was said to be from the 3lb Yorkie stud and a7lb Woman Parti Shihtzu, & I had been informed she'd reach 6 1/2 pounds. She's today @ 6 mos 13 pounds & it seems that she's not really a Shorkie, but a Shichon (1/2 Shihtzu / 1/2 Bichon... Which type reaches 12-15 pounds usually.) I've e mailed the breeder numerous occasions (really low-combative to try and create some conversation for quality... Requested after I may obtain her documents) and also have never rec'd an answer except when she believed I had been asking about Shichons she'd marketed. Once she understood who I had been, there was no further conversation. She's set us in a placement... We don't possess a woman we are able to mate with this male - the whole intention of buying another puppy, and what do we do with this specific dog with whom we've become connected (that we experience she measured on when she delivered this dog which she understood wouldn't be right for our requirements)? She delivered out 3 puppies your day she delivered mine, and possibly she delivered us the incorrect one, or she misrepresented the dog like a type she's not.in either case, this can be a terrible way to complete business, and there's been no present to fix the problem - merely a refusal to speak. I needed a little puppy that's simple for me to deal with - I'm 67 and little prominence - this woman is awfully difficult for me personally... To raise, to wash, etc. And he or she continues to be developing!
