Sick kitten

This breeder offered me a cat that within not really 2 times was identified as having a poor upper resp disease. He was so ill that green mucous was appearing out of his nose. He was coughing so poorly. He also was vaccinated with shots from 2007... I simply bought him 2. Our vet mentioned shots not legitimate they're terminated. Breeder explained that they're okay and that I must trust her. I approached different companies and shots not legitimate. Breeder not taking responsibility... This breeder actually mentioned that cat experienced kitty sniffles... Kitty sniffles an indication of disease. Why might this individual not need this cat examined before one would go to buy. I observe others have purchaed cat from same breeder plus some cats approached fip. I hope my small cat doesn't have this. I just had him per week. Wouldn't suggest this breeder to anybody!
