20 lb bird seed full of debris, manager offered nothing

On Dec 6th I purchased a 20 lb bag of Tiel Supreme Bird Seed for my pet birds. A week later, when I opened it, I noticed it was full of debris (webs and other droppings, etc.). There was absolutely nothing in it that I could feed to my birds, so I threw it out for the outside birds (I didn't even want it in my house). I did fill a baggie with some of it.

Tonight I went to get more seed and saw the manager, John, and told him about this. I showed him my receipt and the baggie with the junk. He acted like he couldn't care less. I did not demand a refund, but he certainly did not offer anything, not even sympathy! I work in retail, so I know how things can and should be done. I am very disappointed with your customer service and will be looking for a new place to purchase my pet supplies.
