I required in a guinea pig struggling with anal prolapse. The physician was really positive and stated it was treatable. She offered me $150 value of medicines.

The guinea pig died exactly the same evening before I'd an opportunity to provide him any medications.

After I called them to inform them, these were indifferent. I expected to get a partial reimbursement—possibly to come back the medicines, or like a professional courtesy. They stated no, and recommended I attempt to make use of the medications for another dog. They did not care whatsoever. I told them I had been likely to challenge the creditcard cost, plus they did not care at-all about this, both. They cared nothing for my dog, nothing for my reduction, and nothing whatsoever about getting mean arm along with a knee for useless medications.
