Unprofessional Vet and Unethical Vet Tech

Janelle LeTourneau trimmed my horse's feet, and lamed my mare immediately. I gave her the job based on what turned out to be grossly exagerated endorsements by 2 local professionals -who've told her to cease w / implied endorsements on her website - and her name dropping the vet she works for, Amy Jergens, dba Jergens Equine. Le Tourneau gave vet advice by text message while she stated she was at work w / Jergens. Jergens knows this is illegal. Jergens also stated that they share clients, which indicates that she should be aware of the serious ramifications that LeTourneau has not been to farrier school and does not have the professional training endorsements she claimed. She isn't a farrier and she isn't a vet but her boss is aware that she acts as if she is both, and I fear the results could be disastrous for everyoen involved. My mare laid down, or limped piteously, and is still tenderfooted.

LeTourneau took no responsibility for the suffering she caused: no refund, no sorry, no inquiry into how my horse was, nothing. I had to give my mare painkiller, and paid a real farrier to check her. I want $86.43 and I have made 2 demands to LeTourneau to zero response, and 2 to her employer, Jergens, who called and hung up on me (twice) after making excuses for LeTourneau, refusing to refund/reimburse. This vet and her vet tech seem to act as a complex fused unit, feeding off one another's clients, and neither are willing to step up and give me my money back. I hold the DVM responsible as she should have the education to know better than to: 1. Engage in/endorse/defend/ally herself with such unprofessional, unethical behaviors and 2. Have a complex dual relationship with her employee (who may be commiting fraud by exagerating farrier training credentials).
