Our dog is just a shnug, a little to medium-size pet, nevertheless a pet, 9 weeks old, easy to groom but i still prefer to consider him to obtain it professionaly done, I've consumed him 2 times before this to my local petsmart which-when I-say nearby I am talking about a half-hour from me!!! Their apointment was 12:30 within the morning, since I have dont stay pretty near to them i choose to not spend the gasoline and remain round the region and delay. I obtained there around 12:15 and examined him in plus they explained it'd be about 4 hours. Not a problem. I quit and waited and waited in order for them to contact me to inform me my dog was completed getting groomed. Around 4:00 pm i be concerned and returned, i questioned where my puppy is plus they inform me he's not really there! They examine and yes he was there, resting in a darn crate for over 4 hours since in those days it had been on 4:30. Not just was my puppy NOT groomed however they attempted to provide mean explanation of the line being before the crate? (I never crate my puppy for almost any cause) I dont know how your dog moves hidden for that extended. I had been told somebody attempted to call me, but which was a rest since i received no-call. The girl who examined me in was likewise however there after I was departing, you'd genuinely believe that she'd have observed aswell once they were stating he was a no-show, or once they were supposivly attempting to contact me, and sometimes even perhaps informed the girl who had been really a groomer that her 12:30 had appeared! BUT NO. The supervisor arrived and apologized and provided a totally free groom the next evening, that will be another half-hour there and back however the watch for him again! I'm like this isn't any were near sufficient owed to me. I'm extremely pissed. I don't recomend one to consider there puppy there again without showing they understand your darn puppy is there!
