In 1994, not really participating in any kind of medical avoidance, Sylvia Pannetta allow numerous Karosel Crates puppies turned dry and die slowly. She stated to not understand something about Parvo vaccineis. A Vetinarian, Dr. Site needed to provide her a "mini-workshop display" about parvo and remedies.

Dog control has repeatedly researched her because of her implementing Rottweillers from pet shelters to reproduce them on her crate. The crate had no breeders kennel permit. Many pets were discovered to become ill with parvo and distemper.

In April 1998 she'd pets again dying from Parvo. Panetta employed one Parvo uncovered dog to type having a lady clients puppy. That puppy died from Parvo per necropsy completed in a condition vetinary college.

Pets are stored in overcrowded dirty little 4 X-4' pencils, as well as has pets associated with derelict vehicle bumpers and bushes without protection without water in her backyard area.

NOTICE - Sylvia Panetta continues to be utilizing the Title Karosel Crates on her puppymill backyard procedures. There's a real well-known respectfull crates Karosel Crates which should not be mistaken for hers (which she appears to rely on)
