Complaint Description:
I ordered pet medication from this website. I received 2 flee and tic medications in the mail. One of the medications was the wrong pet weight. I contacted the company, placed an order for the correct weight, and mailed back the incorrect medication. I was bill for both and never recieved a refund for the return. I also attempted to order heartguard medication from this company. They confirmed receiving my vet's prescription, billed me for the products, and told me the order was in transit. I never received the two orders of heartguard at all. My last email from the company stating that this order was in transit was on April 14th. The company has not returned any of my multiple calls and emails since that date.
