Requested insurance. Arranged payment following discussion of appropriate policy. One month later, agent had not completed agreement. Four and a half hours spent on phone untangling mess agent initiated due to his failure to complete agreed job. My vet of several years, fully trusted, recommended this company, but at this time, I am seriously doubting the competence of the company - if the initial policy set up cannot be done without hours of phone calls to put right their incompetence, can I rely on their future service and reliability?
