This can be a pet peeve, but below we proceed: I love these products, great treats; nevertheless, one deal in five includes a poor seal on a single finish or occasionally, both ends. Easily start the container and don't examine to determine when the plastic sleeve is (Warmth?) closed at both ends, I occasionally obtain a path of cracker crumbs over the desk or worse, your kitchen floor. I've actually had one deal which was stagnant, the starting was so big. I've sent the organization without any response, I named to request conversation using the quality team in the bakery, plus they got my title and delivered me a discount to get a free container of cookies. It recommended they simply need me to disappear. "Do Not bother us". If it was a-one period occasion, I'dnot be worrying, however it occurs each month or two (I love these cookies, consume a great deal).

My problem is multiple-pronged: 1) exactly why is it that another Nabisco items are well-sealed although not Saltines? 2) how do I reach somebody within the quality division of Nabisco (a department of Kraft Foods) and also have a logical discussion?
