The Death of our pet dog of 10ys (westy) name Frosty without proper medical care

On Oct. 25,09. Frosty (our pet dog) had difficulty breathing, she could not eat of sleep. On Oct. 26 I took her to the Vet. (we have been using) Dr. Steyee he checked her and said she had a respiratory infection. He said she had a very slow heart rate and that her lungs sounded like a freight train. He said he needed to check with Dr. Brown if he should give her a antibiotic shot or pills, they decided pills and he told me to call the next morning and if she wasn't better he would do a x-ray and blood test. Well our beloved Frosty died about 3am the next morning, my husband tried to give her CPR and she died in his arms. Clearly she was in distress when the Dr. Saw her. But they had a litter of puppies in there and were cutting their tails. I felt that they were to busy to give Frosty the X-Ray and blood test and was trying to hurrying me along. We had Frosty for 10yrs she was with us every minute of those 10 yrs. She was not ready to DIE. She was healthy. I don't think Dr. Steyee took the time to consider her condition throughly. It was a clear emergency and he just sent us home and our baby died. My husband is Korean Vet. Elderly and disabled, we have raised four (4) honorable law abiding children and served our County well and Frosty became of baby. We felt that we deserve more respect than what this Veterinary Hospital did to us.
