I think I have a lemon - GE Refridgerato

Were purchased a GE refriderator about 18 months ago and have had nothing but trouble. I have had a repair man out several time but your customer service line is so difficult to deal with I about gave up. (I have an extended warranty too.). The ice cubes melt every dat and referee into a block, the freezer is constantly frosty and there are several other problems. The repairman has told me the ice cube and frosty freezer are normal. Your CS line has said the freezer shuts down and referees every day - doesn't sound too healthy to me. I have about given up and just decided to never buy a GE product again.
