Unauth use of chem hair removal

Puppy groomed 6/09/a=used substance to get rid of dog hair/dog has already established sensitivity for years but PS doesn't have documents for previous 4yrs/german shep appears like cable puppy/didn't decided to such therapy/mgmt team rude, hungup, offered no ans. For lost documents or chem use/misuse of my dog undesirable.

Recd discount on 8/22/09 for furminator. Reduce shedding is that which was utilized on my sheba t/e respect on her background of allergies to plastic, sprays etc. They has but cannot discover/they display 6/09 as my only visit with no cost for that therapy... How handy for them. I require anyone to assist me and my sheba... Pictures could be delivered later.
