Would not give money back with reciept

I purchased a wirelss dog program 7 days before today, my dog was frightned of it. I got it back again to Dog Wise anything unchanged with Reciept for reimbursement. Since i didn't possess the original Debt card (I'd dropped it and my bank-issued me a different one) Dog Wise wouldn't provide my my cash back. They stated they'd just provide an available credit. They don't exercise the things they claim about their plan. I believe so long as I've my motorists Permit and my new debt card I ought to have now been provided a complete reimbursement to my new debt card. The cash has arrived on the scene of my bank account. I'll NOT STORE there again. I'd by all my puppy and kitten materials there and usually contributed for their charities. But no further...
