Defective & illegal product

Merchant is found in Austraila and stuffed purchase #861739 for Benefit for Pets on 4/14/09. The product created both of my pets ill so when we inspections with Bayer who producers the merchandise, we were informed this product isn't permit to become delivered for the US. Vetshoppe stated that they'd return cash about the item if we taken care of return delivery which expenses over $24 to ship to Austraila having a delvery verification. We attempted to obtain Vetshoponline to cover the shipping plus they decline.

Any help you can make will be appreciated. We definately don't recommend this merchant.
