Does not work

We requested Your Pet Feet nail groomer and tried it. The equipment doesn't have sufficient capacity to constantly work the fingernails. I installed fresh batteries many times but still there is insufficient energy when placing minor strain on the fingernails to maintain the equipment from preventing. I've been attempting to achieve Publishers Clearinghouse to obtain return info and all I obtain is just a statement. I do want to return them and would really like help on where you can deliver it to block out this purchase. Please contact me immediately.
