This spca is laying to people about pets they've dropped, once the people phone to request if there animal is there they declare it'snot which is, what type of a location thats meant to assist petis does that, in my opinion the spca must do something and appear into this issue, It disgusts me to truly have a location for assisting animals do this type of horrible thing to great individuals who enjoy there creatures!
