Failure to Refund Monies

Recently used puppy was taken up to Butler Creen Animal Clinic for a and also to finish the Humane Society paperwork. Puppy was handed a rabies chance which was not necessary.info confirming that she was spayed wasn't delivered to the Humane Society as needed. Puppy was there to get a week of crate services. Puppy wasn't provided covers supplied or snacks. After I named to protest concerning the kenneling, I had been informed the Humane Society paperwork was still within the document since July and never delivered. I had been alos told the puppy was handed a rbies chance she didn't require. I had been provide a free evening of crate providers along with a reimbursement of $15 for that rabies. I required the $15 be delivered to me and also the $21 for that evening of free kenneling. Which was February 1 and that I have yet to get an answer.
