Torture and scam artist!

I NEVER complain... But it was a lot of. To begin with I've visited SHANK ANIMAL HOSPITAL before and that I understand that I considered to myself not to move there again. I needed a scheduled appointment for my puppy but did not have enough time and SHANK had a gap (I understand why today). I went there for his yearly pictures. To begin with my dog needed to be muzzled simply because they stated he's AN EXTREMELY intense puppy... I've a doll American eskimo... He's much like a pomerarian. After my puppy was yelling and sobbing for an hour or so directly they included $200 additional medicine my puppy truly did not require. I delivered the medicine but did not obtain any reimbursement for several their needless dog screening!

Should you worry about your dog DON'T TAKE THEM BELOW. They're REALLY tough using the animals. And anyhow the physician hardly handle them... His "personnel" did. Ultimately I'd to put on by puppy myself within the Reception though some woman found provide my puppy a go for rabies.

Personally I think they ought to spend me for the pain and overcharging.
