Veterinarians office lost our 3 yr old Chihuaha

We recently used this company to board our two dogs. When we arrived back from vacation we found out that they lost one of our dogs. While cleaning cages, we assume a door was left open and our chihuahua ran out and was gone. I'm sure she is dead by now. The owner didn't even have have the nerve to talk with us— sent a lady out to tell me what happened. They even went ahead and charged us for our other dog! The front help was also very rude when I call to ask for the owner. Very bad for the veterinarian to not show his face and put the burden of bearing the bad news on some lady. Worse for us to have been charged one penny when we showed up with 2 dogs and only took ONE back home. Also horrible service for the front help to throw nasty attitude at us over the phone. Would NEVER recommend to anyone!!!
