False Advertisement

I paid $ 500.00 for Cavalia tickets. I was dreaming about this performance. The food provided was admittedly good. I was promised a tour of the horses (included in the "VIP" package). I was swept up in a magical moment and reached out to touch a horses nose. I was immediately thrown out of the tent. I was never allowed on the tour. The staff was disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate. I want everyone to know the fine print with these tickets. If you want to see the horses don't make the mistake I made.
