My family and I was looking for a carriage ride in historic Savannah we looked at several companies but we were all appaulled when we saw the horses pulling the carriages around town! The horses were sweating and visibly upset. They were jerking their heads and chomping the bits, horses should never be made to pull to the point of being soaked in sweat! Someone from an animal rights group needs to be monitoring these horses for all the companies! My family and I all feel these horses are being abused and terribly mistreated! I sincerely hope someone will get in and get their hands on this so these poor creatures no longer have to suffer!
