Grooming Experience

I took my dog to the Petsmart on Midlothian turnpike in Richmond, Va. The staff showed no concern for my dog and seemed to lack any experience with animal care. They were aggressive with my dog and treated her like a number. We brought her in with a leader collar which you do not suppose to pull on because it could break her neck is very painful to the dog. I told her not to pull her with that collar on and the lady continued to do so. She did not try to talk to our dog for a connection for her to respond to her. This was her second time at the groomer, and the first experience was virginia beach and did wonderful. My dog was very frightened and obviusiously was hurt from the force of pulling on the leader. Shortly after we left, the staff called and they couldn't have her groomed. The staff showed no concern and made dirty comments when I picked her up. I will never go to pet smart ever again. And if you careabout your dog I would advise you to go else where to receive better care for your animal
