Terrible product and customer service - custom made slipcove

What an awful experience. They sent me a custom slipcover that was 7 inches too short. It was 63" instead of 70" long. I did not realize it was the incorrect length, when I took it out of the package, the fabric was exactly what I was looking for. I laundered it prior to putting on my cushion. When I tried it on the cushion I realized it was too short. Width was still correct, and the zipper was not puckered. I was told on the phone, that because I laundered it they "couldn't tell what the original product was", and that on the tag on the inside "dry cleaning" is recommended. (Fabric was denim cotton). I asked how could then send me a product that would shrink that much, and also only shrink in length and not width. I had sent them a picture with a tape measure on the cushion, but it was too hard to read. The representative then said that they would not accept the package if I mailed it back to them. I am vastly disappointed, and also out $85.00.
