On March 29 I dropped my Yorkshire Terrier off to be groomed by Jody. When I dropped him off I gave her specific instructions on my dogs grooming, trim top of ears, bridge of nose, trim feet amd sanitary areas bathe and brush. I specifically mentioned that I like to keep him long. She seemed to understand my request. When I returned to pick him up I had to check to see if in fact it was my dog. His face had been completely shortened all around and I did not recognize him. His head has a "puppy cut" and the rest of his body is long. Not only does he look different, he has 2 different style cuts on him. The cutting is uneven and unflattering. It took me a year and a half to grow my dogs hair, all I asked was for a bath and a brush with SPECIFIC trim instuctions. How hard is that? I am totally dissatisfied and must begin the long task of growing my purebred, beautiful yorkie's hair back. My money was refunded, but it's not about the money. It's about someone who portrayed themselves as a caring professional and really she heard nothing I said. I purchase all my supplies for my 2 Yorkies, cat and bird at Petsmart, they need to do something to win my business back or I will go elsewhere.
