iPod Top Button Repair Refused Despite Warranty

Top button on my iPod became stuck in (not my fault). It just stopped working one day (several of my friends have also had this problem). I took it into their supposed "genius" bar who told me they would not fix it even though I was under warranty. I will never buy an apple product again - see ya later!
