Security Code for Refer-a-friend certificate not loading - Massage Dashboard

The security code for the refer-a-friend certificate feature of my MBD is not loading. This little glitch renders this feature useless. This is the second time this year. This happened in the spring of 2011 and continued for about four weeks.
I submitted a support ticket a week ago. "Bob" replied and informed me he would get "right back to me".
This issue is still unresolved. I am loosing new leads during the busiest time of the year!
