Poor management

Store # 2092 in san antonio texas
is a poor example of management; i have
been to countless numbers of stores and
the attitude is great, cheerful, clean,
looking, smelling, etc. Everytime i walk into this one the manager is on the phone, no hotdogs available, lids for my ice coffee are from the icee, no syrup for 2wks. I stop going there for 2 wks. And went to a different location but i was running late and stopped there today and to my surprise no change same old, same old. What a dissapointment!
