Unsatisfactory order service - 2 Pillow Covers

To my surprise today the postman rang my door bell to advise I owed $20.54 for COD charges. Funny I remember having to pay shipping and handling for 2 pillows the total $78. I purchased them for my daughter who went through spinal surgery recently to remove a tumour and found sleeping on her back or stomach too painfull.included in that order was 2 additional pillow covers. What did they send? 2inflatable useless neck pillows. Very disappointing and probably very costly to return because of Customs Duties.
