Placed an order for a Canon battery charger on 11/26 and went back to the site to locate shipping information. Came across reviews by mistake and started reading about all of the bad experiences others had with orders. I had second thoughts about my order and called the company on 11/29 to find out when it would ship. I was immediately told that the item was on backorder until January. The guy on the phone tried to up sell me into another oroduct. It happened just like the reviews had stated. Don't buy anything from new world video direct!!
