Called to cancel at number given 1-800-475-1942 and got an email the next day saying they were charging my credit card and sending more products. Called again asking why I was getting charge and more product and they didnt even know what Product was it, when I said Prosvent they told us to call back the number we order in order to get it cancel because they didnt serviced that company! Is this a scam??? I want my money back, we are calling our credit card company and BBB to report this.
