I don't even have the service yet and am already regretting it. Wish I could convince my husband that even the Football package isn't worth all this aggravation. They showed today without the equipment and just assume nobody works for a living and that we are all sitting around waiting for them to show their pretty little faces. Called customer service and demanded an appt. The next day and they said they had nothing available. They'd rather lose a potential customer than work with us.
