Don't order this!

So I ordered the melt it off program back in July and it is now October. I ordered it online and they said my total would come out to 36.95 which included the shipping and handling. I got a call the next day saying I would get all these free coupons for ordering with them. I declined, but they called 3 times which I still declined. Finally about 3 weeks later I received my package which consisted of the g ball, a DVD, and some vitamins. The DVD itself was alright but it didn't help me loose any weight at all. Then about 3 weeks later I went to my bank to deposit some money and came to find that my account had been overdrawn twice and over $200 had been taken out. The teller and I went over the statement and it was all mitch gaylord products that I was supposedly sent but never received. Also on there was some insurance company that I never heard of that was attached to the melt it off website. I immediately called the 1-800 number that came with the program and told them that I had canceled and didn't receive any packages that they supposedly sent me. I had canceled my credit card and gotten a new one. I told them this on the phone and wanted me to give them my new credit card number so they could supposedly put the money back in my account. I declined, and told them I didn't want anything more to do with them. So about 2 months later I received 3 letters from a collection agency about the insurance and the melt it off program. I immediately called them and told them that I had canceled and never received any of the packages that they supposedly sent. They said ok but just received another letter today. I just called the melt it off program and was put on hold for about a half hour until someone hung up on me. I don't know what I'm going to do but I want to sue and I will be calling the Business Bureau to report them! Please everyone stay away from this program!
