Wal-Mart
Airbed Return (Stupid) Policy - Complaints

Advertising

I had purchased an airbed 5-6 days back, and I was dissatisfied with it since it had an air leak. Also, I wasn't comfortable using it as it did not turn out as expected. The representatives at this store were more concerned about their policy for airbeds and would not take back the product.instead I had to exchange it for the same airbed, which clearly I don't want to use anymore. I asked them whether I. Your customer, have to be at a loss of $30, just for trying out one of your products? And they said, "We understand, but it is our policy". I do not purchase at a store that doesn't respect its customer's issues, and rather adheres to its stupid policies. I might as well had gone to Target, which was much easily accessible to me than Walmart.

I use it for sleeping, and now my situation is such that I've to use it although I dislike it. I told them I want to exchange it for a sleeping bag, but again, because of your not-so-customer-friendly-policies, they wouldn't allow me to do so. I think I need to put up this query of mine on all the internet complaint boards. At least my fellow customers would know not to try out stuff unless you've used it before.

I either need to return it, or get equal credit foe other purchases.
