Failure to refund for the 2nd dvr purchased, then returned at the time of cancellation (canceled within 24-hour cancellation period). They acknowledged the need to refund for the equipment, initiated the refund, then discreetly withheld the refund citing my account was over-credited. Either issue my credit or return to me the 2nd dvr which I purchased!
