The customer service at Direct TV is poor. They tell you one thing and no matter how many times you call they never resolve the problem. I have been trying to get $280 back on my account that was charged for "not returning a receiver" yet it was and they know that. I was told three different times in the past month the money would be back on my account in 48 hours and it still is not. They will not let me leave my contract even though they have done nothing to help me with my current problem. Stay away from them... They seem to be the best price but their service people stink!
