Survey Offer Promised Gift Card After Two Purchases, Never Received

An offer was made to me via internet to
take a survey and complete 2 purchases
to receive free Walmart gift card. I was supposed to receive the first time for

Completing my 2 purchases a 500.00 card
I did this once again because a screen
came across my computer saying that I was a winner. Once again I made 2 purchases and still have received no gift card. This time the card was supposed to be for 1000.00 dollars. I

Purchased 4 items unnecessarily. Help!
