Harrassing calls, won't quit calling

They keep calling our telephone 2-3 times per week. We've requested them to stop calling as well as for our quantity to become removed of the checklist, they've explained on 2 events they might do that. Every additional period the individual about the telephone simply hangs on us. It's receiving really frustrating and we don't desire to get an attorny concerned but we shall do what's nessesary to solve this.
